烹调方法:
1) 将一包东炎即煮酱料放入650毫升沸水搅均匀,煮滚。
2) 加入300克白墨鱼,200克虾,1粒番茄(切块),100克鲍鱼菇,100克玉米笋和6条小辣椒后煮滚,继续再煮3分钟。
3) 趁熟食用。
Cooking Instructions:
1) Mix 1 packet of Tomyan in 650ml boiling water. Bring to boil.
2) Add in 300g squids, 200gm prawns, 1 tomato (wedges), 100g abalone mushrooms, 100g baby corns and 6 bird’s eye chillies. Bring o boil and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
3) Serve hot.
