建议煮法:
1) 取出两小包白胡椒猪肚汤香料(不必拆开过滤袋)。
2) 将3.0公升清水猛火煲至水滚后放入白胡椒猪肚汤香料,加4大粒蒜头,用慢火熬煮5分钟。
3) 然后放入备用的肉块,加入少许盐,用慢火熬至肉块松软为止。(供4-5人食用)
